The FOBA Y.0X02 is part of the NextGen generation of fiber laser marking systems, developed for industrial applications where parts have complex shapes or surfaces at different heights. The system is used in industries such as automotive, electronics, and medical technology for the permanent identification of components.

Multi-level marking without repositioning

A key advantage of the Y.0X02 series is its wide focal range, up to approximately 99 mm. This allows for marking components with varying heights in a single operation, without the need for mechanical adjustments or repositioning the part.

Precise control of marking parameters

The laser parameters can be precisely adjusted to produce clear, high-contrast markings on various materials. Careful control of energy and pulse settings ensures consistent markings with minimal thermal impact on the workpiece.

Visual inspection and process reliability

The system can optionally be equipped with a vision camera for automatic alignment and marking verification. This feature helps reduce errors and maintain consistent marking quality in industrial applications.
