The ViDi EL Segment, ViDi EL Classify, and ViDi EL Read tools help address applications where parts do not always look identical or where defects are subtle. The system can detect anomalies, classify products, and read difficult text, including on reflective or low-contrast surfaces.

The In-Sight 3800 is designed for high-speed processing and can handle high-volume production applications. In practice, this makes it ideal for presence checks, measurements, counting, barcode reading, robotic guidance, and quality inspections where decision time is critical.
Clearer images with built-in lighting and HDR+
The integrated multicolor backlight and high-brightness lighting options allow you to optimize contrast directly from the app. HDR+ technology helps produce more balanced images with greater detail, even in situations involving shiny surfaces, dark areas, or high contrast.
Flexible platform for industrial integration
The system includes two Ethernet ports, a USB-C interface, and support for industrial protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, SLMP, and ModbusTCP. Configuration is performed in In-Sight Vision Suite, with options for both quick applications using EasyBuilder and complex applications using the spreadsheet interface.
