The Eidos Coditherm Flat thermal transfer system is designed for industrial applications where marking is performed on flat or slightly uneven surfaces of rigid plastic objects. It is suitable for parts where the print area is large and needs to be covered evenly.

Heat transfer using a heated roller

The system uses a heated roller mechanism mounted on a mobile carriage, which ensures even ink transfer. Depending on the product’s surface, either a soft or hard roller can be used to achieve optimal adhesion.

This ensures clear and consistent markings, even on more challenging surfaces.
