In many factories, installing a metal detector on an existing conveyor belt can be complicated due to the conveyor’s design. If the belt cannot be easily cut, dismantled, or removed, installing a conventional detector becomes costly and time-consuming.
The CASSEL Metal Shark TU solves exactly this problem. Its removable side walls allow the sensor to be mounted above and below the belt without having to dismantle the conveyor. For this reason, the model is ideal for retrofitting existing lines.

The system detects ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel metals in both packaged and unpackaged products. The 4-quadrant technology ensures high sensitivity and detection stability, even under variable operating conditions.
